In our room, the decoration was really nice and we had a comfortable king-sized bed. the breakfast was amazing; it was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Being close to a bus stop was very convenient, and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to the train station! 🚌

Hot breakfast with lots of options, newly decorated and spotless place. High-class & a nice size rooms with super sized king size as well as the smallest double bed squeezed in. Very efficient, brilliantly helpful personnel on the reception desk. Fine and GOOD meals.

We where in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location within a close distance from Leeds Town Hall. You could walk to a shopping area and the Christmas market.

The bed was a little firm here.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and within walking distance to everything. the breakfast options cater to everyone, including a full free from hamper and eggs cooked to order. - the staff are hard-working, competent, and go above and beyond in exceeding expectations.

This place has a great location and the reception staff is very attentive, in addition to being conveniently close to the Royal Armouries Museum just 2 km away.

Very friendly staff at the reception.

I had a room to the backyard. Glass waste was picked up there every day at 4 o'clock, which was very loud.

Beautiful old building. Friendly service and good breakfast. The rooms were clean and well kept.

The beds are very narrow, a little more width would have been great. The quality of the beds, however, was fine.

This place has a fantastic location, just a quick walk to everything; the area around here is really lovely, beds are super comfy, bathrooms are big, and the room even has an iron.

Typical English breakfast: beans, bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, etc, bread rolls with jam or honey, cereals and fresh fruit. Very nice staff. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated room. Very quiet location.

Very old house, therefore separate taps for cold and warm (boiling hot) water in the bathroom. The shower was very weak, very little water came out. Unsuitable for washing long hair.

The location was excellent as it's right in the middle of the city centre and allows easy access to all Leeds has to offer.

The car park was absolutely tiny for a hotel of this size. The facilities were minimal, there were functions on both evenings we stayed and there was no residents bar. The bar staff were absolutely hopeless and very unhelpful. The dining area was so small we, as well as numerous other guests, had to sit and wait in the bar for some time before we could be seated for breakfast. The breakfast was awful, in fact, it was so bad we didn't have any on the second day. I very, very rarely complain as I always look to make the best of any break that we arrange but although I really like Leeds I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The Mint on Granary Wharf is a far better option.
